Tools
Caricature
Studio 4.0 includes a few useful painting and
selection tools that can be used to touch up images. If you've used
other paint or graphic applications, some of these tools may be
familiar.
The Selection tool is used to select the
active image, and move inserted images and text.
The
Paintbrush tool can be used to apply color
directly to the main image.
The Eyedropper tool can be used to click anywhere
on the main image and duplicate the color. For instance, if
you're touching up a facial area you can select the Eyedropper
tool and click the face to duplicate the skin tone.
The
Brush Size Selector is used to select the size of
the tool when using the Paintbrush and the Eraser tools.
The
Color Selector is used to pick a color from the
Windows pallette for text or paint functions.
The Eraser tool is used in two ways. It can be
used to create transparency or to erase any area of the main
image.
The
paint and eraser tools only works on the primary image (background)
and not inserted image layers.
