Rotating Inserted Images

The Rotate function allows you to rotate clipart or keyed images over a background image. It does not work with the background image. To rotate the background image, use Rotate Canvas from the Edit menu.

To rotate an image:

1. Select the image with the Selection tool (arrow on the Toolbar).

2. Select the Rotate icon on the toolbar.

3. Click the right side of the image to rotate clock-wise. Click the left side of the image to rotate counter-clockwise. Each click will rotate the image in small increments. Continue clicking until the image is in the desired rotated position.

  The Rotate tool works great for repositioning a face with the Face Swap tool, and also for clipart and chromakey images.
